Demand appears to be huge and our space will be limited. Drive in movie theater tickets will be PER VEHICLE, not per person and will be available for advance purchase via this website, once the schedule is finalized.
Base admission with parking is $20. Premium parking + base admission = $40. VIP parking + base admission = $60. Ticket cost at the gate are +$5 due to increased costs for processing.
We are working on finalizing a schedule of food trucks and snack vendors.
UPDATE: Due to regulations we've had a very difficult time getting actual food trucks. We do have two snack vendors each night however. You are welcome to bring a picnic or to-go meal from a local establishment - Schmizza Public House offers ordering online and curbside pick up. We also love our good friends at the Growler and at Conversion Brewing, who just like Schmizza, are over the top supporters of our community.
Given the COVID crisis, we will be following Governor established protocols requiring social distancing and limiting gatherings to 10 individuals or less.
As of July 15th in accordance with Governor's mandates face masks must be worn if you cannot keep 6' distance.
Once you arrive at the Motor Vu @ Cheadle Lake you will be directed to a specific parking spot. These parking spots will provide the mandated distance between you and the next vehicle / party.
Hand washing / sanitizing stations will be available throughout the area. Public restrooms will also be available.
Volunteers will be supervising each day - all guests are required to comply with directions provided by volunteers related to group size, congregating, etc.
Are there mosquitoes??? YES AND THEY ARE BIG!!! Please bring bug spray for you and your family.
Can we bring a picnic? Yes, you are welcome to bring a picnic that you can consume in your defined parking area or out in the park.
How will the sound be broadcast? We will be using FM to broadcast sound, you will pick this up on your vehicle's radio.
Will tickets be available at the gate? Tickets MAY be available at the gate, but there is no guarantee. Ticket cost at the gate is +$5 due to processing costs.
What if there is rain? We're Oregonians! The show will go on - no refunds.
Is smoking allowed? NO. We are guests of the City of Lebanon in Cheadle Lake Park, therefore we cannot allow smoking due to risk of fire in dry grass, etc.
The Motor Vu @ Cheadle Lake Park started as a joint project between the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Greater Santiam and Lebanon Chamber of Commerce, with support from Cascade Sound & Stage Lighting, Inc. and the City of Lebanon, for the month of July. Proceeds from ticket sales and sponsorship in July benefited programs and services of both the Chamber and Boys & Girls Club.
As of August 14, the MotorVu will be hosted by Events 360 - we are pleased that Scott and Jill agreed to take on this project and continue to host opportunities for the community.
